"The house and furnishings were great places to relax after a busy few days in Knoxville. There are a couple of a grocery stores and. Dunkin’ not to far away for snacks. It was easy access to both East and Weat Knoxville. The only shortcoming was the lack of kitchen supplies like a baking sheet where we could have cooked breakfast. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."
"We spent a long holiday weekend with our family of adult children and a baby and chose this house for the location close to UT. It was convenient as our daughter is a senior there and we attended a football game. The house provided enough beds/bathrooms for all 6 adults to be comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. We used the gas grill for a cookout. The game room/rec. room was amazing! A lot of TV's and we used the pool table as well!
The house is set upon a small hill and surrounded by trees. It was very private.
We would like to suggest more pillows to be provided and maybe a larger kitchen table. We moved some bar stools up to the table to allow for more people to dine together.
We really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to book this house in the future!! Highly recommend! "
