"The inn was super cute, clean, and the location is great to go skiing at Kirkwood! The owners are adorable, very friendly. The only think I wish is was better is communication. It’s pretty hard to contact them and maybe they could do better about check in instructions. We were arriving late (after check in hours) in Friday and instructions said to contact the inn. I was calling the inn every day from that previous Monday to let them know, left several messages with call back number, emailed them several times… and I never received an answer. We were afraid we were going to be stuck in the cold outside without a place to sleep because they were not confirming that they received the message. Luckily, the day of the trip they finally picked up the phone at 4pm. Was pretty stressful situation but ended up working out… "

"It was like sleeping in a forest cabin. The outside was a bit deceiving but once we met the hosts and saw our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The exterior is in need of a little fresh paint but very comfortable with a family friendly stove heater with soft fire (very warm and adjustable). The bedding was so soft, lofty, and fresh. Just a few miles from Big Trees State Park and downtown Murphy’s (both a must see). "

"Post were excellent communicators very nice house was beautiful. Plenty of wood to last us during the trip no issues at all very clean. I love it. It’s stocked with coffee, coffee maker air fryer. And a few seasonings tinfoil. Very happy for a trip and I love how the bedroom downstairs have bunkbeds and a main bed with a little gaming system. It was just perfect for the kids to be downstairs while the adults were upstairs enjoying the fireplace. The barbecue pit outside was very clean and easy to use as well 10 out of 10 recommend "
