"The suite was very clean. There were things missing that were odd: we were given two hand towels and two bath towels, but no washcloths. We were given bedding, pillows, and a comforter, but no top sheet or blanket, so the choice was between heavy comforter and nothing. Fridge had ice maker turned on but not connected, so it made grinding noises all day/night. Host was very quick to respond on all concerns we brought up because they lived upstairs. Vrbo ads make it seem like the property will be empty except for "you", but this is a basement apartment with the host upstairs and another guest suite beside you. Access was in backyard; path was reasonable, but the motion lights did not always come on. However, for the money spent, this was a good place."

"For us this location was ideal being very close to our son whom we were visiting. The apartment was clean and quiet but annoyingly there were air conditioning units with large ducts through the window in the bedroom such that the blind would not close properly. See photo. It being winter these could easily have been removed. Also the TV remote did not work, or at least the on/off button didn't work, and after I turned it on manually the TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi. A bit disappointing."

"No cooking utensils. Not clean space, dirty stove. We had to buy our own cooking utensils. No dinning table, no chairs and no tv. But the owner communicated promptly."
