Food was excellent.

The property itself was very cozy & authentic. Nestled in the hills with beautiful views. The hosts of the pub were amazing & very friendly. Great food & drinks, a great play garden with lots of equipment. Perfect for couples & family.

No A/C, but that was expected, had fan. Location is excellent, outside riverside bar is convenient, room was very large which we liked.

Had a brilliant weekend the staff were very friendly the food was excellent couldn't wish for a better place to stay

The rooms were behind the restaurant. This quaint inn is exactly how I pictured an English inn to be like. Big wooden door and so convenient to the dinner and breakfast.

This is a 17th century pub with rooms above. The only reason i gave the property condition 4 stars is because it is not air conditioned. It is a quaint fun place to stay in a very old English village. The pub and associated restaurant are excellent.

Paul & Jean and their staff very friendly and most accommodating

Beautiful seaside inn, lovely room with wonderful view. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice amenities. Excellent breakfast!!

What an absolute lovely stay. Very simple yet very well executed. The dinner was absolutely delicious, really mesmerizing, don’t skip it! Breakfast was included and it was amazing!!!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome! The room is cozy, water is hot, food was delicious and drinks were yummy! Every breakfast was amazing! I really enjoyed Tony and Sondra’s company, from breakfast to nightcaps, Kings Arms was wonderful!

I stay at hotels 3 weeks out of a month for work. I would rate The Nog Inn as one of the best I have stayed at. The customer service and quality was impeccable. William and Amy, the owners, are a delight. The food, service and quality of the property was awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

This was my favorite place to stay while in Britain. The owners are wonderful, the food was the BEST I ate in the country, and the atmosphere was perfect.

I absolutely loved my stay. However, on Friday evening they played the same disco song on repeat for hours and hours. I didn’t complain but surprised no one did. Still, highly recommend!

Double en suite room, no noise from pub below (even though Christmas), food excellents and staff super friendly

The staff were all very welcoming and conscientious. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was outstanding. The continental breakfast was much more than the usual breakfast provided at hotels and inns. We had dinner there too, which was delicious. The inn exceeded our expectations in every way.

The Crown is a lovely very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Monty, Gemma and Mark were excellent hosts and food is so yummy! Breakfast was included and was superb with many choices and staff were so nice and went out of their way to provide earlier breakfast on our last day when we needed to leave for Heathrow airport. Room was very charming and I loved the "Thomas Hardy" experience with paintings and books. The Crown was a wonderful place to stay while I visited my family on my...
