This place is a hidden gem, you will be happy you decided to stay here. The breakfast is just right and well stocked! "This cozy lake house was just as described, it actually exceeded our expectations!It was clean and well stocked all around, we wanted for nothing. The views are beautiful with plenty of outdoor gathering options. We had rousing games of badminton and corn hole! We had 5 adults, a 6yo and a rambunctious 1.5 yo black lab and the space was perfect for all of us.Indoors had a big sunroom and plenty of comfortable living room space. A large table for playing games and family dinners! The bedrooms are generous in size, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and fluffy towels were plentiful and beautiful warm blankets everywhere.Check in and check out was easy and Maggie was very responsive to any questions that we had.We will definitely come back here and recommend to friends and family!Thank you Maggie!"

The gas fireplace and the cool Autumn nights made for a cozy ambience.The dock, outside tables, chairs, umbrellas and kayaks were ready to enjoy. There is a fire pit which was nice for the Fall weather, The owner and host thought of everything which made for a wonderful visit."

"We rented this home as one of several houses for a corporate leadership offsite on Lake Winnipesaukee, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised, so there were no surprises when we walked in. Check-in was easy and clearly communicated, which mattered with a group arriving at different times. The location was perfect, a short walk to the water and close to the Breeze, so getting everyone where they needed to be was simple. We'd happily rent it again for our next event."

Having access to the lake for swimming, boating and fishing via the dock and beach area was a plus. "Great location lake front on a cove. Close to everywhere you'd want to go - Meredith, Wolfesboro, etc. Plenty of amenities close by for grocery shopping or dining out. The house is cute. Perfect amount of space for 2 couples and 3 teens. Our college age son liked having his own "man cave" space in the lower area bedroom with the separate entrance. Morning views are beautiful. It was so relaxing to looking out across the lake's quiet stillness. Evening sunsets are gorgeous, somedays a little hot for the hour or so just before sunset. We loved all the deck space. So many different places to hang out. It was great to have a dock for our boat and to fish off of. We also enjoyed taking short walks through the pretty neighborhood.The indoor kitchen area is a little awkward. There's no table to dine or play games, etc. But fortunately we only had one rainy day, so we used the outdoor table or just made due. The kitchen was adequate and had all of the kitchenware you might need. It's just a little tight and probably due for an update. The owner was great to work with. Great communication and pleasant.All around a great family vacation!"
