"Our stay was ok but there were a couple of issues. Number 1 the bathroom sink water flow was extremely weak. Number 2 the breakfast buffet was disorganized and very poorly stocked. Guests had to hunt down an employee to refill a number of items such as silverware,bagels, pancake batter and a fuse would constantly blow shutting down the whole breakfast operation. It’s a shame because otherwise it is a clean comfortable place to stay."

"Beautiful view of the lake and fall was an excellent time to visit. Such a cozy cabin. The host had fresh wildflowers and gourds in the kitchen window. Such a pretty touch. We roasted marshmallows over a fire, saw millions of stars, listened to owls in the forest, played games at the table, and enjoyed a warm dinner baked in the oven. It was magical and such a relaxing retreat from everyday life. We went for a long walk through the woods and enjoyed being in nature. We want to visit again next fall!"

"The peaceful lakefront location is unbeatable and staff were very kind and responsive to our requests, and even upgraded us to a larger cabin. The clubhouse is also clean, bright and well-equipped. The cabins would be much more comfortable if they were upgraded to the same level as the clubhouse, e.g,, remove the carpets, add better lighting, and update bathrooms."

"Quiet and serene. We loved the beautiful setting and access to nature. Comfortable and very peaceful. The amenities were fun but we were off adventuring so we didn't get to use the game room area as much as we thought, though we did enjoy an evening fire. Area is convenient to Mackinac Island, State Parks and great beaches. We hope to visit again!"
