「I found the bed full of ants. I was sleeping and when I opened the eyes, there was full of ants on my charms. They change the room without any help for the dresses. They don’t refound nothing for this problem.」

「No AC is one thing, but no fans, no air circulation, dirty bathroom with broken facilities. Staff were drinking and smoking outside instead of helping at the very full counter. Parking is a nightmare. Refused a refund or credit. We left and ate the fee. 」

「Staff were lovely. All inclusive was great. Had a great stay. A few small areas need improvement: air con wouldn’t cool, heated towel racks don’t work, grounds overgrown - need gardener to mow lawn areas, no lighting after dark when leaving restaurant. Had to use mg torch on my phone to find my way back to my room. 」

「5 Sterne Hotel, das jeden Stern verdient. Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendens und freundliche Mitarbeiter, außergewöhnliches Frühstück und tolles 5 Gang Abendessen in Halbpension enthalten. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Wenn wir wieder nach Krk fahren, buchen wir sicher wieder im Riva.」

「Zimmer teilweise abgenutzt, Teppichboden mit Flecken, Badezimmertür klemmte stark und lies sich fast nicht schließen, Tiefgarage nur 11 Parkplätze, anderer Parkplatz war 10-15min Fußweg entfernt und Kosten trotzdem 25€ , Sehr laute Umgebung, Frühstück auch nichts besonderes. Für mich leider kein 5 Sterne Erlebnis.」

The entrance to this road is some meters along the road in the direction of the town. The ticket from this barrier was cancelled by the hotel. The hotel car park behind the hotel is on a slope and large. A short walk from the hotel through some trees brings you to the Adriatic coast. The hotel is slightly dated but is being worked on. The room was clean, sparse on furniture but...

「Room was ok, I thought I reserved a full size bed but I found two singles. No big deal though. The carpet in the room was well worn out. Probably good time to replace it. The staff though was great, especially Igor, very nice person and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the parking was tight, very tight. I did not expect a 5 star resort when I booked, so overall 4 stars are appropriate. The best part of all was the location. Fantastic.」
