Perfect Townhome! Water Views From Every Window

The only unit in the small, 7-unit building that provides water views from every single window and bedroom giving you unobstructed panoramic bay views.

Our home is impeccably clean and fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make lifelong memories on LBI.

The "ocean beach" is less than 3 short blocks to the sandy ocean (there is available bathrooms and parking on the ocean should you choose not to walk).

Or, take advantage of an adorable, sandy "bay beach" in the bay cove directly outside your door.

Or, go out the other door (literally the door on the other side of the condo) and you will be steps to the pool ("pool beach"!).

You are also a short, sandy walk away from play grounds with a tennis court and basketball court. Simply the best location for sand and water fun.

A short ride away from all the restaurants, bars, shopping, Bay Village, Mini Golf, Show Place, museums, Surf-Light Theater (live shows), Fantasy Island, water park, and arcades. Atlantic City is a short drive (by boat or car) or bus away.

Nice property. Seems to be in the midst of some upgrading. Lost 1 day on the front end of our stay due to weather keeping contractors from doing their work- promptly refunded the night- a bit disappointed but sometimes the weather wins. Would stay there again!

Fall Break

When we arrived at 10 pm, the property was locked and there were no instructions on how to get in. After about 2 phone calls we were able to get into the property to find beds unmade, dirty towels in the bathroom and trash cans not emptied. I called the owner again to ask about the condition of the property and she was surprised that it was not cleaned. She tried contacting a cleaning crew without success. So I changed the sheets, mopped floors, cleaned the bathrooms - toilets and all, and emptied trash. The property owner promptly refunded a days stay and the cleaning fee without me having to ask. A cleaning crew showed up the next morning but since I had already cleaned there was no need for them to do anything so I sent them away. We did have a wonderful time visiting with family, going to the beach, riding our bikes, and relaxing. There were three flights of steps to manage which meant "I got my steps in." I didn't realize it was a multi level unit unwise I wouldn't have rented it. I hate stairs. Despite the cleaning mix up, I would recommend staying at his location to others.

Trip to LBI

The setting is spectacular. Your in the end unit with incredible views of the bay, yet only a few minute walk to the ocean. It’s Residential, so it’s nice and quiet. You’re also only a few minute drive to Beach Haven, where there are shops and restaurants. All made for a great stay.

Beautiful views. Bathrooms need updating. Some blinds did not work.

Was nice. Pool wasn’t open until last day which was disappointing since grandson was with us.

Townhome on the water

We loved the views of this townhome and felt like we were sitting on the beach but we had the comforts of being inside. The windows face west which resulted in gorgeous sunsets every evening.
