The whole first floor and the two patios front and side.

3 bedrooms one room with a queen and two rooms with two sets of twins. Similar to most of lbi sheets and towels are not provided. Has a complete functioning kitchen, all rooms have window air conditioning units. It is a three season home so there is no heat, typically not necessary May to October.
