1st floor Oceanfront duplex with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths can accommodate up to 8 guests. This home offers an outside shower, washer/dryer, large deck, king size bed in master and 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds. Only pillows and mattress pads provided, no linens or blankets. Tenants responsible for cleaning grill after each use. $100 will be deducted from the security if grill is left dirty.

Fantastic location right on the water. The house was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely rent again.
