"The property is in a beautiful setting and obviously has a long family tradition. However, there a were several things that we had to figure out as we went, because there are no instructions on anything. The check in process we had to climb through a window - because there are two coded door locks on each door - and apparently we were locking one when unlocking the other. We never used the Jacuzzi because it wouldn’t get above 98 degrees and the keypad controller was locked. A dozen or so...
