「We booked this home for the weekend for our daughter's 18th birthday. It was GREAT! Plenty of room for everyone, house was clean and cozy, hot tub was awesome and the view was amazing! The hosts were great! Would definately recommend to anyone wanting to rent something on the water.」

「Trapper's Cabin was the perfect landing spot after a lovely dinner at Candle in the Woods in Athol, about 20 minutes away. Not only was our meal the best we've ever had, the Trapper's was the sweetest, coziest place to land. So many personal touches--the hosts really made us feel at home. 「The house was perfect for our family of 5. About 15 minutes from Sandpoint. It's well organized and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. Check-in process was smooth, and Michele was helpful. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We had a great time staying here. It was a nice place for our whole family. We wanted a place to stay that was close to Schweitzer and dog friendly. It’s about a half hour away and an easy drive. We loved being able to use the hot tub and enjoyed the variety of games and the ping pong table. The only complaint is that we tried reaching out to the owner to ask a question about a week before our trip and we never got a response.」

「The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable」

「This home was great. Yes, it's a bit outdated, but the location makes up for it. This property is a must-see if you're a boater or a lake lover. The price was great as well, considering neighboring properties, some even on the same doc, are listed at 3X the price as this property. Thanks for having us. We will be back!」
