"This was our 2nd stay at Ruby. The first time, about 3 months ago had a wonderful "real" breakfast offered at a co-joined restaurant with fantastic choices and amazing attentive and helpful staff. This time...it was a high-Carb packaged offer without fresh fruit, eggs or protein on site. Won't stay again for this price; nothing unique to draw us to and pretty much generic in value. Too bad...so sorry."

"Room had a musty smell and the freezer inside the little fridge had a ton of ice on it. I had ti unplug it and thaw it out to fit stuff in the fridge. Breakfast was supposed to be available at 6 am. We went down twice and at 6:25 I called the front desk, the lady who answered sounded like I had woke her up and said they were running behind and it would be ready in 20 minutes. We had to go elsewhere because we had to be somewhere. "

"The property was in good condition and the paking is very convenient. The only thing I noticed was two nights out of a week I would hear a higher humming sound coming from somewhere, so it made it really hard to sleep unless you wore earplugs all night."
