We do not allow parties or events at this property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and may incur additional cleaning or damage fees.

1. No more than 30 guests are allowed on the property (strictly enforced).

2. Please avoid smoking on the property; A $500 smoking fine applies.

3. DO NOT block neighboring driveways no matter the duration of time. Doing so, will result in city fines and towing.

4. Quiet hours begin at 9pm- a violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine

5. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices. A $300 fee will be applied for any violations.
