"The property itself feels old and outdated despite attempts to modernize it. There were stains on the bed cover and the carpeted floor. Sloppy paint job and bubbling wood. That being said, it was as clean as you can get for the age, staff was friendly, and beds are comfortable. Overall okay budget hotel. "

"Terrible customer service. I stayed here 3 nights. 1st night they were unwilling to give me a downstairs room without a big up charge even after explaining I have a disability and have a bad time with stairs then I decided to book the 2nd and left early in the morning for business, then I rebooked the room before check out time. I even called to make sure I could keep the same room and was told by the man on the phone no problem. When I arrived to reset my card key at 11:04 am I was told by the female at the counter that because I booked online I was not able to go in my room till after 2pm. The same girl that refused my disability is the same one refusing to let me in the room till 2. Her condencending attitude and rude nature is probably some of the worst I have encountered in a very long time and I recommend staying anywhere else but at this place"

"The house is extremely clean and well kept. Although we didnt use it, the pool is very nice. The host, Rainey, communicated well and was very accomadating. We take a yearly trip to MotoGP at COTA and the house was very convenient. We would, and will, stay here again next year."

"5/5 it really was an amazing visit! Across the board a superior experience. The place itself is better than described and the pictures don’t do it justice. The cottage was spotless clean. All the necessary amenities were there. And more just stuff as icing. The interior design is very intentional. A mix of rustic and modern that made the place exceedingly livable. Beds were very comfortable and my wife said that she had the most restful sleep her health feedback ring has ever recorded! There were even farm fresh eggs waiting for us in the fridge. Excellent communication before and during. The location felt remote but you were very close to excellent dining and entertainment. I can’t recommend this site highly enough and we are already thinking about returning. "

"It is definitely an old property, needs maintenance and upkeep. After being moved to three different rooms, the stay was ok. First room no a/c or phone and missing tv, second room the a/c would not shut off at all (it was freezing in the room and it takes a lot for me to get cold), third room was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful-apologetic, although I would have preferred a discounted rate given the situation. It'll work in a pinch."
