「よかった」

「The property had bags of character. The bar area was relaxed and welcoming and there was a cave in it too, which was brilliant. We had dinner the first night and the restaurant was very spacious and the food choices were great and very well presented and flavoured. Breakfast was in the same space so it was lovely in the morning to see the view of trees and grass. The breakfast was excellent too. We were visiting for a family wedding so we didn't get to spend much time in the hotel, but we...

「I booked this hotel as it is the only one in the area with a pool, however when I arrived I was told the pool was closed. This was very disappointing as I was not told at the time of booking and the room was non refundable. The rooms are very dated with small beds and limited amenities.」

「Lovely rural location, a couple of miles from a small village with nice restaurants and shops. Close to Bewl Water.」

「スタッフさんも優しく、朝食もいただけるのでありがたかったです。」

「It’s always a joy to stay at The Queens. It’s comfortable, clean, has the most excellent and generous menu, but it’s their team that are the real gems in their crown.」

「Very friendly staff, evening meal and breakfast done to a high quality. Everything you need in the rooms including hairdryer」

「雰囲気、料理、部屋の広さや過ごしやすさはとても良かったが、残念なことにお湯の出が悪く、バス・シャワーを満足に使うことができなかった。」

「had a great moment.」

「It was lovely, clean, and service very good.」

「Limited parking in an old fashioned Harveys pub with rooms & a restaurant. Stayed on a Thursday which transpires too be 'steak night' so menu was limited on the evening but what was offered seemed good quality at a reasonable price. Would stay again if in the area. Also, really helpful / friendly staff.」

「Lovely rooms with streaming in the tv Nespresso coffee always a plus. Usual amenities, good food offer & reasonably priced. Highly recommend, lovely area with a local village store & post office which is great」

「Stayed here one night with my partner for his birthday. Lovely scenery, cozy get away. Staff were very helpful on the phone when needed.」

「スタッフな対応は、非常にフレンドリーで心地良かったのですが、室内は窓を開けても汗が止まらず非常に不快。 水回りの清掃は行き届いておらず不快。 リフトもなく、階段でスーツケースを上げ下げした。」
