「After having read some of the reviews prior to my stay, I have to admit I was slighty worried about what I was walking into. In all actuality, I was very pleasantly surprised. Only stayed one night but, my experience was second to none. Would HIGHLY recommend this property and would obviously stay again on my next trip. 」

「We had a late check in after the Chiefs game, and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and well maintained. We were however woken up right before 8 am by the housekeeping crew cleaning the room next door, and other rooms close by. It was pretty loud, and could hear their conversations outside the door. Honestly, that would be the only complaint. We made our way down to breakfast at 9, and normally with most other hotels, if you come during the last half of breakfast it's slim...
「The property itself was nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options. I did struggle to get ahold of the hotel directly when I tried calling to let them know I would be a late arrival. I was directed to a call center and they struggled to locate my reservation. I was on the phone for 30 minutes with little communication from the person I was talking to which was frustrating.
That aside, I would stay here again. 」
