The space

Endless Summer Bay St. Louis is a 2,000 square foot home sitting at a point running right into a beautiful water way. All the amenities of a home wrapped into a tasteful and comfortable living space. Double headed showers add nice features for that Luxury Feel in 2 out of 3 Baths. Enjoy coffee and cocktails on a spacious screened in Patio overlooking the Water or on our Private Dock!

Downstairs has plenty of covered parking and hangout space for friends and family to enjoy. You can play rounds of cornhole, grill, fish, or take a ride in a kayak. Our private dock has seating, umbrellas for shade, and is equipped with boat bumpers if you choose to bring your boat!

Upstairs you are greeted with a spacious screened in Patio with plenty of seating and beautiful waterfront views. In the main house you walk into an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting and comfy couches. Our kitchen is well equipped with cooking/grilling essentials and a coffee bar. Dining area has lots of seating as well as four stools at our bar area.

Our spacious King Master suite has tons of natural lighting as well as waterfront views. Wanna sleep in? We've got you covered with darkening drapes for the late sleeper. Enjoy a nice walk in closet as well a private double vanity with double shower head bath.

Our mini Master Queen bedroom also includes its own private bathroom with double shower heads as well as room darkening drapes. The closet has plenty of hanging space and drawers for all your belongings.

Bedroom 3 includes a Queen bed, closet for storage and dresser for all your belongings as well as darkening drapes.

Bedroom 4 includes a Full size bunk bed sleeping 2 adults and 1 child as well as the darkening drapes, closet, and dresser in closet.

Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large double vanity hall bathroom.

All Bedrooms and Living Room are equipped with smart Roku Tv's and free Wi-Fi throughout the property, upstairs and downstairs.

Washer and Dryer are available with complimentary pods and dryer sheets.

Also included in the TV console in living room, are card and board games for hours of enjoyment.
Guest access
Guests can access the 2,000 square foot home upstairs and downstairs with the exception of our locked hall owners closet that contains items for our cleaning service.
Other things to note:
Public boat Launch access .1 mile away. Super Walmart 3 miles away. Old Town Bay St. Louis with dining and shopping just 10 minutes away.
****Security Cameras: there are security cameras located outside at the property (Patio, Garage, Fire Pit, and the Dock). There are no security cameras or any type recording devices within the home.The reason for the cameras is for your safety as well to prevent parties or misuse of the property. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with and a $200 fine will be added.
