LIVING AREA

It’s designed with your comfort in mind. There are a variety of places to sit and relax, maybe to watch the smart TV on which you can stream your favorite movies or shows for great nights in after amazing days out.


KITCHEN AND DINING AREA

If you’re planning a meal to celebrate a special occasion during your stay, the dining table is large enough to seat 8 people, and the kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses and cutlery you’re likely to need for any meal. It’s a modern kitchen full of quality appliances that will make preparing brilliant breakfasts or brunches, delicious dinners and tasty snacks any time of day a real pleasure.


3 BEDROOMS

We’ll leave you to decide who sleeps where, but rest assured all beds are gloriously comfortable and all 3 bedrooms are presented to the highest standards and equipped with smart TVs.


The master bedroom features a king bed and is connected to a bathroom with double sinks, a large bathtub and standalone shower.


The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. All bedrooms give you plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings, so be sure to unpack when you arrive and really makes yourselves at home.


3 BATHROOMS

You get to choose between invigorating showers and relaxing soaks in bathtubs when you book your stay here. With 3 bathrooms to share, no one will be waiting long to get ready to go out for the day or evening. And soft, high quality towels will be provided by your hosts, so there’s no need to pack those.


OUTSIDE SPACE

You have a fully fenced backyard to enjoy all to yourselves (and with your pet), with a charcoal grill under the carport meaning you can have a family BBQ during your stay (you can buy all the food and drink you need from the shops nearby). And because it’s just a short walk to the beach, your hosts ensure there are plenty of beach essentials you can use, including beach toys and lawn chairs.


REMOTE WORKING

If someone in your group has work to do, there are plenty of places in the house to sit with a laptop, the living room, dining table and the kitchen counter. So take your pick, and use the high speed internet to send work to whoever needs it.


PARKING 

The presence of a driveway outside this home means you can park 2 full-size vehicles right outside, giving all guests easy access to the house.


BRING YOUR PET

What’s a vacation without your pet? You’re welcome to bring yours to the house and make use of the fenced in backyard to give them a run. Please note that the hosts charge a $25 a day fee for a pet. Pets do require prior approval by hosts. Send us a message with weight and breed of your pet prior to booking if you are planning on bringing your pet.


Guest Access:

We are delighted to make the entire house, its fenced yard and private driveway available for your exclusive use for however long you wish to make your reservation. 

There will be a welcome book inside the house that will help you find your way around the rooms as well as the quaint and cozy town in which the home is located.

Driving here is the best option as there is private parking for 2 full-size vehicles on the driveway right outside the house. But once you are here, leave you car parked up and do what the locals do - get around by golf cart. You can rent a cart or bring your own. Or you can get around on foot by walking or biking, it’s up to you!
