「We had one negative (but many positives) experience with Chipman Hill suites. The premises are clean and comfortable. There's a level of attention to details. The location is great, we were able to walk around downtown with ease and enjoy what the city had to offer. The bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the fully furnished kitchen to cook and keep our food cold. Also, the historical charm of the building felt on theme with St-John.  Unfortunately, we had a very bad first...

「This place was awesome, very big space, and access to a really nice yard in the back. Its an entire bungalow. Very clean. All amenities. They had everything...if you wanted to have a thanksgiving dinner with a family of 8, you wouldnt have to bring anything here, plenty of dishes avaliable, frying pans, everything. Made our trip super easy, bbq in the back. The fridge was supplied with butter, milk, cream. Muffins on the counter. A good location for sightseeing the area, its right in the middle...

「Location - 10 Cleanliness - 9 Comfortably - 7 Host responsiveness - 1 The location of this property is incredible. Just a stone’s throw from downtown. The bed needs to be updated. The fan in the bathroom ran all night. The lights in the parking lot shined in the window all night. I asked about the laundry facilities but never received an answer so don’t plan on doing any laundry because it isn’t in the suite. Otherwise a reasonable stay.」

「It was cozy and well set up. The area was nice and the early mornings were so relaxing and full of nature at its best (could hear the deer and other animals around) was a nice change from city noises. Emanuel was both respectful of your space and eager to help with anything you needed. 5 stars!!」
