「The room was beautifully appointed in the heritage style. It featured a full kitchen and an air tub in the bathroom. There were towels folded into bird and fan shapes. The property has complimentary laundry on each floor and is conveniently located near the waterfront. There is a parkade across the street.」

「We spent a week in St. John. The place is comfortable, cozy, and accessible. I communicated with the host by text. They are very discreet. My wife would have liked some shelves on the wall. Overall, we believe it was a great value for money! Many thanks to the hosts!」

「It was cozy and well set up. The area was nice and the early mornings were so relaxing and full of nature at its best (could hear the deer and other animals around) was a nice change from city noises. Emanuel was both respectful of your space and eager to help with anything you needed. 5 stars!!」

「This accommodation was a pleasant surprise. Much lower price but much higher quality than many others. The room was very comfortable and spotless clean with everything new and delightful. Large patio deck and BBQ available. Some extras not typically found in motels or hotels. Communication with Tracey the host was precise and very helpful. 10-15 minutes to all amenities of a city. Best value we have seen, highly recommend.」

「The property was in a convenient location for us and easy to get to. It was clean and spacious. There was a minor issue with the small refrigerator but the host communicated with us about it and it didn’t affect our plans. The view from the apartment out to the lake is beautiful and the icing on the cake was a tableaux of deer on the lawn in the morning sun. Because of a wedding and pre-wedding party we attended during our stay, we did not spend as much time enjoying the rental as we might have...
