"We are so grateful to Cathy and her whānau opening their home to us. A beautiful clean home with everything we needed, the kitchen had all the essentials, a few games/cards and books to entertain everyone in our down time and a stunning beach just across the road! Even in spring with the weather raining off and on we still enjoyed walking, playing and swimming at the beach. We had a basketball tournament to attend at Mercury Baypark Arena and this was a great location to come and go from, lots of shops close by and close enough to the arena to go back and forth. The beds were comfortable, warm blankets and having access to the washing machine and dryer really helped with the basketball uniform every night. The garage was small but lots of off street parking so no problem for us. Cathy was so generous letting us have a later check out on our last day to allow us to have a little sleep in and more time to clean and pack up before we left. We truly appreciate your hospitality, ngā mihi nui. "
