「We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. With a large bed, two twin beds pushed together, very supportive and comfortable. Hotel Muralto is an older property that has been well cared for and updated. 「Super schöne, moderne Unterkunft direkt hinterm Bahnhof, sehr ruhiges Zimmer zur Gleisseite gehabt, trotz mancher Züge (kaum zu hören, da sie in dem Abschnitt nur sehr langsam rollen und Fenster sehr neu sind). Super Klimaanlage, angenehme Self-Service Automaten im Eingangsbereich. Ticino Ticket gratis auf Anfrage nach Vorausbezahlung des Gästebeitrages/Übernachtungssteuer.
