You are booking a private apartment managed by Mavi Guest. According to legal requirements, you must sign an electronic rental agreement before check-in. We will ask for your passport information and email address. Signing takes about 1 minute, after which we will grant you access to the apartment.

Please note: the apartments do not provide hotel services. If necessary, we can arrange additional cleaning, laundry, or consumable refills from our partners for an additional fee.

Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing their toiletries during their stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (fine for violation: 500 GEL).
Please respect private property and remember that other guests, including non-smokers, will be staying in the apartment after you leave.
