Located in the very center of Batumi beautifully furnished fresh new studio apartment close to everything . Markets, shops ,park with the lake and seaside just 10-15 minutes walking. Ideal for a family stay of 4-5 people. You can also enjoy the green gorgeous hills, city view and colourful pinky sunsets from the balcony. Spacious clean and has it's own character, paintings on walls and little cute ethnical details.
