I would never stay in this hotel again. The room smelled awful, was super humid no matter what you did and the tub wouldn’t drain. The whole room just felt dirty. The carpet was so nasty that we definitely didn’t walk barefoot on it. Once we got home we had to wash and clean everything because the humidity soaked in and everything was damp and stunk.

Place was very un updated smelled like a nursing home through the hallways overall the worst residence inn by Marriott I’ve stayed at and I love their rooms. There was only eggs and grits left for breakfast all other platters were empty at 8:35 kept calling out hello in to the kitchen, no answer. The pool/hot tub were Green and closed. The wall outlet in the bathroom was broke. I had to do my hair blindly for an important court date, overall I was super just unsatisfied.

Dirty walls and doors. Worn out upholstery and damaged furniture and refrigerator. Super loud old grinding AC unit. Not a place I will ever stay at again. Shame on Marriott for putting their name on this stink hole. Oh. Breakfast poorly equipped with not enough coffee, fake bacon and everything running out at 8:30 am.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The coffee was good. The area was very conveniently located. There was a German cockroach in the dishwasher. The bathroom door didn't shut bexause the bottom needed to be shaved. I could see through the bottom of the entry door into the hall because there was about a 3/4" gap. The breakfast was stale and unappetizing. Disappointing for Marriott and for the cost. This felt more like 100.00 stay instead of 150. Definitely not the 8.2 it was rated when I booked it.

I did an early check in to get there and then be overbooked and pipes bursted. I was told I would stay at the Courtyard next door but do everything else at the Residence Inn. The point of the trip was that it had a kitchen area so I could save money as a single mother. The Courtyard had no hot water. We went next door for breakfast and there was no food cooked (though a ton of people angrily waiting). Saturday we went to use the outdoor pool and basketball court/tennis net and there was no tennis net. I went inside to see about entry to the pool and there was a sign that said “pool out of order: maintenance”. So they were moving every one from the Residence InN to use the indoor pool at the Courtyard Inn. Definitely felt bad for the staff because there was nothing they could do. Will not recommend this place to anyone.(especially not travel ball groups or families).

This place is in dire need of renovations. If you book here, purchase the cancellation guarantee. I thought I didn't need it since it was a Marriott property. I was wrong. First time in my 50+ years of travel that I checked in and almost immediately checked out after trying two rooms. The chemical smell of whatever they use to clean made my wife sick. Roach on the wall, busted door latch, rusty air conditioning unit at the foot of the bed, trash bags piled up in one stairwell, worn out upholstery, delayed check in because they were waiting for the police to arrive, what my wife described as "scummy" hallways. NO REFUND even though I was there less than an hour and tried to make it work. Expedia was very helpful trying to get a full refund. I travel to this location at least once a month on business. I will not be staying at a marriott property, especially this one.

The staff there was friendly enough and we had a pretty good stay for the $$$. However there are some aethetics that could be addresses the building needs to be refreshed. Our stay was for 10 days and most days the coffee was cold, no waffle mix or syrup when they did have some. We were really looking forward to having waffles. If you didn't make it down for 7am sharp it will be slim pickings. It seems they never had an adequate amount of food items. Good thing we had a kitchen to cook! And then the staff is completing with guests for breakfast items. Not a good look. Could do better. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again. Scottie was very friendly and accommodating.

The celling was falling into the bathtub lots of water damage, honestly overall i was not expecting the room to be so dated and unkept for a Marriott hotel..

The staff was nice, but there were live bugs in the sofa bed. Also, the bathroom ceiling was leaking constantly all night and got worse when it stormed at night. The floor stayed drenched, and my daughter almost slipped. Very disappointing!!

Staff was nice enough. Towels were strangely hard to come by. Asked at the front desk and they had one large size towel to provide. Asked the housekeeper and she asked the room number but then never actually brought any towels. The condition of the place was borderline.
