    Just 5 mins from LSU, this 3BR/3BA townhome is your perfect home base! With a master suite featuring a private bath, 2 bedrooms that include a full-size bed paired with a twin over-full bunk bed, and 3 full baths all with modern upgrades—this home creates the perfect opportunity for game days, getaways, & good times!



    * 2-car garage + 2 in driveway

    * No boats/RVs/trailers

    The Space:

    - The master suite features a plush king-size bed and private bath.

    - Bedroom 2 includes a full-size bed paired with a fun twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or groups.

    - Bedroom 3 has two comfy twin beds, great for guests of all ages.

    - 2nd bathroom upstairs with two sinks, and another 3rd downstairs bathroom with an additional shower.

    - Stylish living room w/ smart TV.

    - Fully equipped kitchen w/ modern appliances + dining table

    - Front and back porch.

Great location and SPACIOUS

I had a fantastic stay at this VRBO hosted by The Sweetlife Group. The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for relaxing or getting a little work done. Everything was exactly as described, if not better.The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and transportation. It made getting around super simple and stress-free.The Sweetlife Group was responsive, professional, and made check-in a breeze. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Spacious and clean

This property was very spacious and was just as advertised. It was very clean and we were able to cook in the kitchen with no issues. I wish there were blinds on the kitchen door because you could see directly into the two neighbors' kitchens. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Came down to visit my daughter who’s currently in college in Baton Rouge. We hung out on Saturday and Sunday morning. Drove to New Orleans and watched the Super Bowl I drove back Sunday night and left out early Monday morning driving back to St. Louis

Nice Location

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was practically new. Great accommodations! The only drawback... no bedrooms on the 1st floor. All the bedrooms were upstairs, especially our 84 year old mother. However, we managed. first floor

Townhouse was just as described

Townhouse was beautiful and new. Needed batteries for the remote in the living room and the handyman brought 4 new ones right over. We ended up having to unplug the TV to get it to work. Would stay again if we are ever in the area.

This is our second time staying in this condo. We have it booked again for the fall.Very clean and comfortable. Close to campus. Owners are great. Don’t expect a lot of extras. Furnishings and supplies are sparse. For example, one towel is provided per person for the week so you need to do laundry or you can rent extras from them. There’s not really a big comfy couch to sit on and watch a movie with a group. Downstairs has a couch, a loveseat, and two chairs, but no ottomans and everything is pretty stiff. There’s a fold out futon upstairs with another TV but it’s small and very firm. Be prepared to load up at the grocery store or eat out every meal. There are plenty of options, and everything is within about 10 to 15 minutes if not closer.

Great place near campus

The house location and neighborhood are very good. It's near campus. The house is nice and we enjoyed our stay. It wasn't as clean as we'd have liked upon arrival. Quite a few bugs and cobwebs. Also, the master bedroom sheets had stains that didn't look great. Overall, this was a good place and the price was reasonable for what you're getting.

Newer townhome in a great neighborhood close to campus. I stayed for 13 days this month for LSU move-in and rush. The condo was clean, but could really use a deep cleaning (walls, baseboards, carpets). It’s also very minimally appointed. One towel per person. One kitchen towel for the whole stay. We made it work by purchasing some extras at Walmart while we were there. 3 full bathrooms, comfy beds, and GREAT air conditioning. So much so that the few extra blankets they provide are needed! Overall it was a great stay and we’d definitely rent again.

Bowling tournament trip

Over all stay was ok. We had a few issues while there. The garage door kept opening randomly, one toilet flapper kept getting stuck even after maintenance changed flapper. The previous booker left there trash in garage an it wasn't picked up before we arrived after checkin so the garage smelled horribly. The outlets in the dinning room wouldn't work, coffee pot wouldn't work ( was replaced ) did notice a smoke detector missing . Neighbor was nice an convenient for the tournament we were there for.
