Room very nice and clean. Hotel new. Reception staff very friendly. Parking available. Breakfast food was normal and restaurant staff started tidying up and removing the breakfast buffet ahead of time.

Great service!

This is the second time I’ve brought my tour groups here and stayed at this hotel near the Batman airport. The place is always clean and the staff was so helpful as I had made a mistake in my reservation. Nurşen and Serhat at the front desk took care of us and even upgraded our rooms for free. Thank you! We will always remember your smiling faces and excellent service!
The tomato soup at the hotel restaurant was so good!!
