「Disappointing stay – Hidden swimming pool fees and terrible communication Review: We recently stayed in room 2, having booked through Expedia. The main reason we chose this specific hotel was the presence of the swimming pools (and sauna). 「The room was nicely decorated and very clean with a nice new bathroom. It overlooks a church … whose bells ring very often. I now understand why there are earplugs in the room! The cleaning staff found a lot to laugh and talk loudly about in the morning… but every sound can be heard in the bedrooms. So between the church bells and the cleaners’ chatter I was woken up a bit early. The town is pretty and I had a nice stay. The woman at reception was very helpful. (Thank you)」
