Liked: Cleanliness
Good location.
Clean room.
Great price.
Private bathroom.
Kitchen available.
Take your own cups, coffee etc. Don’t expect the toilet to flush. If there’s two of you, take a double duvet.
Horrible.. dirty.. found used soap on the floor in the shower..hair everywhere..room dirty needed vacumm. When toldthe girls frm reception we have been told that wil get done.. but coming back 6 hours layer stil the same.. l know we payed a small fee for.the acomodation there.. but a vacum a clean bed and shower is just basic...all this ruined my experience in Bath!!we had to stay the 2 nights as anywhere else was way to expensive to book on such short notice!but never again!!
IT is not a hotel but some rooms in a not very nice student dorm run by students. First, IT was impossible to contact them. We were supposed to let them know that we were coming after 10 pm, but neither we nor Hotels.com People’s could do IT (no response by phone or email). So we were going to that place not knowing if anyone was going to let us in. Then, they were trying to charge us again for the room we had already paid for. Third, the Accomodation itself. Trash on the corridor floors, dirty and smelly carpet in the room, no toilet paper, just one towel (we booked for two people). And of course no shampoo or shower gel.

I was one of the first to check-in when it opened to guests during the student holiday and stayed two nights. It was also the first time this building had been used as a popup. The room was clean but there were no toiletries or toilet roll also no kettle, mug, teabags etc.
The staff on duty - probably students - were under prepared and knew little apart from handing out room swipe cards. I was eventually supplied with toiletries but purchased a mug and teabags to use in the kitchen - which had a kettle but no utensils, tea cloth etc. I couldn't use the microwave as it had been switched off and required resetting - no instructions. The bins were not emptied.
The swipe card was used for all doors and an outside gate. It worked well for the corridor door and my room but it was unpredictable with the other security doors and I often had to seek help - a worry if you arrived back after 10 pm when all staff went off duty. Others experienced difficulty too as a different technique seemed to be required for different doors. Not sure whether it was me, the card or the locks!
I was told some of the above problems would be sorted out after the weekend, the staff would be more knowledgeable and mugs would be supplied.
Left luggage charge is £5.
The location is good with a frequent no.5 bus to the centre, bus station and nearby railway station. There's also a pleasant riverside walk to town.
