"This is a cute little apartment in a charming location. Brianne was friendly and responded quickly to questions and issues with WiFi. I do think the listing should be adjusted to be clearer about the following: 1) The bedroom, while large, is on the floor above the rest of the apartment, with a long and steep flight of stairs down to the bathroom; 2) The only window in the bedroom opens onto a fire escape that reaches to the ground, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open and found the...

"Overall our stay was very enjoyable, the cabin was as advertised and came stocked with toiletries needed for our stay. Just a heads up for those wanting to explore boothbay harbor, parking can be challenging to find so I would recommend if you own E-bikes bringing them for easier transportation around the area. "

"When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. "our rooms were at the back of the hotel which happened to border the highway making it noisy. In one room we had asked for someone to come up because we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning. They never came. They forgot. Everything else was perfect - clean roomy etc."
