Clean room, spacious, and easy to get to. The balcony was a bonus. Clear instructions for contactless check-in and the bed was lovely after a long day's drive.
The room had a lovely view, was spacious and very clean, however, they could have used less pungent cleaning products. It smelled like bleach. Great beach just down the road.

Bed was extremely comfy. Linen was high quality. Location worked well for us.
Price was high for what is was. Lots of insects in the common area. No Instant coffee (couldn’t work out how to use the coffee machine). We didn’t know if the milk in the fridge was communal. So we went without coffee in the morning which wasn’t great. There was a guy in the downstairs office but he didn’t work there and wasn’t able to help (although I’m sure he was employed by the same company)
The place was stylish and a nice location. For a business trip it was very lavish however if it was for personal I’d have probably felt underwhelmed. The advertised king sized bed was two king singles squished together with a steep rise in the middle, there were cobwebs on the windows and a used and damp towel left on the back of the bathroom door
I knew the location was outside Moruya but did not expect it to be quite so out "in the middle of nowhere". The property is clean and very modern, rooms are spacious equipped with comfy beds, beautiful furniture and Nespresso machine. There is also a very modern kitchen for communal use if you like to prepare your own meals. Each room has a verandah or balcony and we always enjoy sitting outside.Unfortunately there is no outdoor furniture provided (I don't know why) and we had had to drag out the heavy chairs from inside to outside in order to sit outdoors. And then back again. With the property being located right next to a road (not busy but still a main road) we did not feel very comfortable. It was just ok for 1 night for us but definitely not longer.
It was my second stay at the Seabird and I’m looking forward to my next stays. The room is contemporary, spacious and equipped with quality towels, bed and amenities. The view is wonderful and if you’re lucky, you’ll get to see some dolphins. There’s a ramp across the road where you can launch kayak or boats. If you bring a kayak, Tim is very helpful and you can store it in a safe place beside the hotel. Speaking of Tim, the entire team was friendly and helpful. James was one of them. The Seabird is the place where you’ll miss the moment you’re back home. If only it’s closer to Canberra, I would’ve gone every weekend.
