Great property in amAmazing location. My two girls aged 11 and 8 absolutely loved this being their second visit to the Shack at Long beach. Our pup (aged almost 17) had a blast again and found the walk from the house to beach effortless with her old lady shuffle. To be honest it’s the reason we came back and will come back again and again!If you are looking at this listing just do yourself a favour and boom it now.

During our stay in this area, my parents were able to sit in the backyard and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and sunsets. They could even walk to the beach—even at the ages of 84 and 88—which made the experience truly special. It was a wonderful stay. Chris is a very kind person. After we returned home, my parents realized they had left the charger for their blender behind. Chris kindly dropped it off at our home, which we really appreciated.

We had a lovely, relaxing seven day stay. Communication with the owner was friendly and good and she went out of her way to be helpful. The house was comfortable and contained everything we could possibly need. Our dog, Maisie enjoyed herself too on the lovely dog friendly beach. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

Perfect spot with super quiet location. Fire pit was great with plenty of driftwood on the beach. Would definitely stay again when back MTBing at Mogo.

An experience to remember

The property was lovely, fantastic position, clean and very comfortable. Just meters from the beach and the local wildlife. The kangaroos are very friendly, but don't approach them. Patrick, the big male was on guard and his wife Cheryl and their young one Kai were very happy to just eat grass and hop along the beach. One night we experienced 148mls of rain and had an added non-bonus of a power blackout in the entire are of Long Beach for 11 hours!! But what can you do? Chris was very good and was in constant touch re reconnection of power. Essential Energy was on the job and power was eventually back on. But all-in-all a great stay and a wonderful experience in a wonderful location.

THE BEST LOCATION AND BEST HOST

Love the magical view and the spacious bedroom to accomodate us guest. Nice outdoors place and the bedrooms are so comfy. Love the house and the beach,it’s the best. Will definitely come back to this and l would recommend to anyone looking for a short geataway.

Nice place for a couple of nights

Location is fantastic, access to the properly was easy. House had everything you need. Bed was too soft for me but might be ideal for others. Minor upgrades and maintenance required.Overall a nice place to stay.

A nice little cottage with amazing view

Booking and check in process was easy, communication was prompt. The place has a breathtaking view. Cleanliness could be better. The only drawback is you have to bring your own linen and towels. I would definitely recommend this place.

Basic stay at a great location.Fridge etc could have been cleaner.Bathrooms are super tiny but clean and functional. No view from bedrooms, but living room is great.Bring your own linen, towels, toileteries linen,towels,toileteries etc.

Absolute beachfront

The property was amazing, the kids loved that the beach was a step away. The property provides everything you need! Everything was hassle free. Thank you to Chris who was Amazing and prompt with any enquiry we had! Will definitely be back there again.
