「The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. 「空港から歩いて行けるホテルです。空港に着いたら左側へ、アライバルフロアのKFCへ向かって近くの階段を登ったらショッピングモール、ホテル方面への渡り廊下があります。ホテルのスタッフフレンドリーで親切です。ホテル周りにはローカルな市場や商店が多数あります。そしてマクドナルド、フィリピンのローカルファストフード？みたいなものもあります。またスーパーマーケット、洗濯屋、薬局などあるので困りません。チェックアウト後にも荷物の預かりを行ってくれてます。マニラの滞在だけでなく、到着日、最終日、トランジットの宿泊にも最適です。ジムへ行かれる方にも嬉しいことに、anytime fitness があります。」

「It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. 」

"受付も清掃してくれる人も、丁寧でフレンドリーです。朝食のスタッフもすばらしいです。ビュッフェなのに話かけて欲しいものを席まで運んでくれます。飲みものもこちらから注文すると運んできてくれます。いいホテルだと思います。ドアマンも1人1人に対応しています。濡れた傘も手で絞ってビニールに入れてくれます。気持ちが良いです。"
