Villa charm and luxury, pool and sea view, terrace and garden, countryside and citadel

This house stands out for its charm and practicality. It is an old vineyard house with 80 cm walls to which a more recent part has been added which extends to the basin which has its own spring. Today there is no more vines but an olive grove that extends over the northern part of the garden. The photos are insufficient to give an idea of the extent of the property, in particular I was not able to download the photos of the exteriors or the bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms, upstairs, have a large and beautiful sea view where boats pass to the port of Bastia. 10 years ago we had a swimming pool of 8m by 4.5m dug on our very large terrace where there is a table in front of the kitchen, with its plancha and garden furniture on the pool deck. And this summer opens with a new addition, that of a veranda as an extension of the living room, which has become even more spacious. Music lovers will find piano, guitar and cajon. From a practical point of view, the villa is located in the northern part of the town of Bastia, the center of which can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour and which offers a number of activities. In the house, 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (180cm, 180cm and 140cm), 1 toilet upstairs and 1 in RCH. 1 bathroom upstairs (with shower and whirlpool bath) and a bathroom on the first floor (jet shower and sink) and you will find everything you need in the kitchen. The first beaches are a few minutes away by car, pebbles to the north and sand to the south. I have a hard time putting the photos I want so don't the pictures do complete justice to the potential of the place in terms of beauty and quality of life.
