「Great location and the apartment was very clean and renovated. The only complaint is that the check in location is quite a distance from the actual apartment so be prepared to walk. Also the water in the shower was either very cold or very hot. 」

「Only 10 minutes in car from the city center. Super helpful host. Big spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. Beautiful windows and quiet neighborhood. We booked it an hour before arriving and they had it ready for us when we arrived. Super accommodating.」

「The apartment was in the heart of Verona with easy access to everything. The apartment had some a/c which was nice! Only catch was the listing is advertised as having parking available but it isn’t really an option. However, the hotel made fantastic arrangements to park in a secure garage and shuttle to the apartment. It was very smooth and easy, all for €32. I would recommend staying here.」

Cant book in if your aeroplane is delayed, booking in must happen only between 2-7 pm, if you arrive later it means No Show, even I have booked 5 nights, my room was cancelled for the following 4 days too!!! 2. They were rude on the phone when contacted, didn't try to help at all 3. They given the wrong phone numbers to call for help, it was very obvious it was a scam, turned out my paid room was sold to someone else 4.They refused to give a refund」
