"Property was great for our stay with kids. Walking distance to the colonial area. The breakfast was ok but the staff at breakfast were very attentive. I was able to use the gym but many of the machines were out of order. Overall the stay was good. "

"Great proximity to Busch Gardens. I’ve stayed here with my daughter here a couple of times. She loves the indoor pool, but it was a little too cold to get in this time in April. The property needs some updating. I hoped to have a long soak in the tub, but the plug for the drain wasn’t working. Also had hoped for a hot breakfast but only the basic complementary bagels and cereal, which was fine for the early checkout we had. "

"Room was old outdated dirt in corners, parking lot had trash all around.The sink hot water took 10 minutes to get hot. the breakfast was way below average. I will not be returning to this hotel the pictures are not accurate. this is a 1 star hotel."

"Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering. The sick would not drain properly which I told the front desk lady about. We didnt know about the shower til later. The breakfest is not what we usually have gotten at other Hampton inns. The staff was friendly and nice. Just not sure what happened with the sink not getting fixed before we left. We were there for 2 days..."
