We got stuck due to Venezuela President Capture all flights shut down. I was able to book on hotels.com and then I called the number to confirm my booking from airport lobby. They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldn’t get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one! The kitchen is set for use all you have to do is get groceries which is a short ten minute walk straight down the road. You have three grocery options , a gas station and six restaurants. But the restaurant on site is a Sushi restaurant and the chef’s are on point! We are still stuck and they let us extend our stay. We love it here. Also if you like driving they have underground parking under your unit and a guest on the gate. It’s quiet it’s clean it’s posh it’s safe!
