「The room is okay but not that clean enough too much dust, insects trashcan not clean and more. Not satysfied 」

「The room was sufficient, but the bathroom definitely needed to be reworked. There is no hot running water. There is no real pressure for the shower. So I had to use the bucket and a kettle that was provided by the hotel to heat up my water so I wasn’t taking a cold bucket bath. 「The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. 「Very nice set up. I picked this location for convenience from the airport. But after a couple of days, I moved closer to the volcano and decided to walk. For reference it’s a 90 minute walk, but it was incredibly awesome.」

「It's really nice like a condo. I really comfortable stay and there is the best location near the mall, bus/jeep station. There is central of the city and a little bit busy place. If you are sensitive about sounds, there is noisy at night by loud music sometimes.」
