「The breakfast was not so good. I expected more with that kind of hotel」

「From the moment we walked in, we felt the charm of this place. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helped us throughout our stay, which made a lovely first impression. The room looked exactly like the photos, and everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was just as expected, with a great variety of fresh cold cuts, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and fresh pastries. There was something for everyone, and everything looked fresh.

「Søde og hjælpsomme, fin morgenmad.」

「Clean room , best staff , best breakfast , friendly behaviour.」

「This hotel is a 10 minute ride to downtown and the train station. The rooms are great, however there is no air conditioning, which was miserable in the heat of summer. Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down. They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...

「It seems like a great hotel. Rooms clean, breakfast amazing. However, there was a very loud wedding organised during our stay. Couldn’t sleep until 1am and reception was gone at 11pm. Should be managed better.」

「I expected more. The only positive thing was the price」
