"The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

"Les informations transmises dans le guide d'accueil sont très pratiques, le logement est facile à trouver, aucun problème pour se garer à proximité. Système efficace de boite à clefs pour récupérer et déposer les clefs. Équipements fonctionnels, appartement spacieux, literie confortable, pas de problème technique à déplorer. Petit bémol sur la prestation ménage qui n'était pas à la hauteur. Nous recommandons ce logement!"

"This flat is on two levels, not ground floor with very steep corkscrew stairs that were very difficult to get baggage up and down. Had we known or understood that we would not have booked this house. We are all healthy, active adults (4 of the party are in their 20s and fit) and found the stairs to be very extreme.The doors on the bedrooms offered little to no privacy as they had yellow glass in the main panel and you had to position yourself when changing or dressing to allow for privacy. "Hotel is far out from the main tourist area but that's not a problem as buses and trams are nearby to get you there. Public transport is free to use for everyone. There is a large shopping centre with a food court a short walk away from the hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend."

"Comfortable room though a bit small. My only complaint was the poor design of the shower that let water get all over the bathroom floor every time you used it. The hotel food was decent and very fairly priced (especially compared to other hotels). Breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold foods. And they'd toast you up a panini sandwich whenever you wanted one, along with draft beer. The staff were very helpful and polite."
