The lighting in the room was ok. Just wish it was bigger and had more amenities. Overall the staff was ok, but when I called room service, no one picked up the phone and I let it ring 8 times. I think that was unacceptable. I'm a guest in your hotel and I expect great service. I didn't get that. "
