「This was hands-down the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. The hose was very communicative and easy to get ahold of. The house was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets provided! They also left a bottle of wine and smores ingredients for us to enjoy! 10/10 could not recommend this house enough for a cute, cuddly, comfortable winter cabin retreat. 」

「The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. 」

「The location could not have been better. Snuggled in pines with a view of mountains, a nice deck, and a lovely path to a picnic table and swing behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place for anyone who does not have trouble with stairs. It would be helpful for the listing to note that the two main bedrooms are downstairs, which posed a problem for my 91 year old father who was with me, leading to us leaving early.
