「Absolutely the worst staff i have ever experienced. Front desk person (Bri) was extremely rude. The front desk was left unattended with other guests information out, valet keys sitting out, so many issues. Finally she came in from outside with a bad attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Very unhelpful, unfriendly and concerning. Then upon our return from our travel our bill was incorrect. I called to correct the overcharge and was hung up on. Worst experience ever, i will be contacting...

「Parking was very convenient right in front of the door (if you’re lucky). It’s not assigned parking but there’s plenty of space. The room felt and smelled clean. Which is a big bonus because some places you can just feel and smell that it isn’t cleaned properly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the only down side was the “continental breakfast “. We had a donut ,orange juice and coffee. I feel that it was a bit misleading putting that as “breakfast “. We...

「Wonderful hotel!! The staff was very friendly, breakfast was terrific, bar was fun and rooms were so clean!!」

「The in room television ghosted a large portion of the available channels. I felt some of the staff were unprofessional.Mrs Sharon was exceptional team member during the morning breakfast.」

「Overall the hotel is great. Location is amazing. It’s very atmospheric. However we got a room on first floor and we were waken up at 6am by someone exercising in the room upstairs with fitness ball. We’ve heard every move through the ceiling. Once exercises were over the guy with leaf blower showed up and entertained us for next 20 minutes. I would recommend the hotel but on higher floors.」

「Room was clean however the shower was awful. It was scalding hot and had no water pressure when turned down. They didn’t provide clean towels unless requested and often didn’t have enough on hand. Trash was not removed throughout the entire stay. Front desk attendants didn’t seem to care about making the stay great!!」

「The cost of the hotel was very reasonable for the size of the unit. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. The beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I would nitpick about the hotel are the pillows, they were too soft for us. Even after stacking them, our heads would pretty much be on the mattress after a few hours. Overall the hotel was great, I would just suggest bringing along a pillow you like (if possible).」

「The room was nice and the valet staff was awesome. Unfortunately they charged us $200 extra for something, never explained it. Better communication would have been nice explaining the extra charge.」
