Located in Bartlett, NH - North Conway area; this renovated (May 2023) 3 floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 12 and is easily accessible to Attitash Mountain via the development's underground tunnel and Saco River Beach via onsite walking trail. Additional must see local attractions include Story Land, North Conway Outlets, Linderhof Golf Course, Hales Location Golf Course, North Conway Country Club Golf Course, and Wildcat Mountain. Endless resort amenities included at no additional charge!

*To reduce your costs, we mail key cards prior to your stay. (These key cards grant you access to the condo and to all onsite amenities). Doing it this way allows you to bypass front desk check in and avoid their check in fee. Should you want, front desk check in may be arranged for an additional fee of $50 - just let us know when you book if you'd like to use this option.

We love staying at the Attitash Resort! It is walking distance for those who want to ski and walk back to the condo for lunch. It is a spacious condo with plenty of sleeping room for a large family. It is always warm and cozy. This is not a modern facility. It has had a few updates, but could use some more to make it even more comfy. Would definitely recommend for a large group. The hosts are very responsive.

This was the perfect place to stay while we took our kids to Storyland! Check in was a breeze and the property had everything we could need - the kids loved both pools! The best part was the communication with the owner - Tom was incredibly helpful and kind - he made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and was accessible in case any issues came up (which they did not!). We would certainly stay here again or try another property from Cheever Real Estate!

Family Friend Getaway

The property’s location was phenomenal- so close to North Conway shops and literally across the street from Attitash. The space’s three floor design was unique and offered plenty of sleeping options for our group of 10. Our teens and kids loved the rec center large indoor pool and outdoor hot tub that overlooked the ski mountain (we could watch people skiing down trails while we soaked). The property interior and furniture could definitely use an update but the condo wasn’t so antiquated that it distracted from the trip. The HOA key system was the most frustrating. It wasn’t the fault of the property owners but having to mail a key, etc was inconvenient. Kitchen amenities were somewhat limited.

Loved Our Stay!

We are long time visitors to Attitash Mountain Village. The folks at Cheever Real Estate were wonderful to work with. They accommodated our requests and we were very happy!! We will be visiting again next year!

Wonderful stay.

The property was well stocked and clean. Lots of towels to accommodate everyone and great location to walk to the outdoor pool. We loved the amenities this property had to offer. The hosts were great and gave great recommendations for food and places to visit. I would definitely rent again and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fun and adventure

This is a great location for a family vacation. My spouse, three sisters, four nieces and two nephews were with me on this trip. We did Story Land, Echo State Park, Conway Scienic Train ride, Settlers Green shopping and more. We walked the trails, used the pools and sauna each day. There were many restaurants to choose from and we dined at the Wild Rose, the food was great and customer service was on point. Most days we prepared our own meals and refused our expenses. The apartment was very comfortable and enough space for everyone. Everything we needed was at our finger tips. Thank you Cheevers for allowing us to share your property. Looking forward to see your other locations

Mountain Getaway

We had a good experience renting this unit for our family ski trip. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to the mountain. Our kids enjoyed using the village amenities like the hot tubs and pool. Matty B’s was a great option for lunch or dinner! The condo was clean and warm and could fit plenty of people if needed! If I had recommendations it would be to swap out the kitchen stools which weren't safe to sit on. The loveseat was also broken but we were contacted by the owners who assured us a new one was being ordered. The condo is 3 floors with a second floor entrance. My kids loved the bunk beds!

Great spot- outstanding home base

We stayed here and skied loon, attitash and wildcat. It’s a great spot walking distance (in ski boots) to attitash. 10-20 mins to wildcat and 1 hour to loon. Kids loved the pool. We were here during February vacation and I counted 25+ kids in the pool and still felt safe and not too over crowded. Owner communication was great. Will definitely be back

Family weekend

Very nice condo, we had a great time being so close to the snowmobile trail and the mountain. Always great to spend time with family condo sleeps more we had six total but plenty of room for more. The condo had three floors just fyi the condos entrance is on the second floor just in case you may have someone that can not do stairs. Overall we had a wonderful time!😃

Excellent 5 star on all accounts

Im not sure where to begin on the excellent service we received from Cheever Real Estate, They were proficient in every area. Everything they said would happen on the process was accurate. From reserving the unit, to check in and check out was a breeze just as they said. Unit was clean, plenty of towels and linen. I traveled with 9 family members and unit was plenty big enough. My son wiped out the code on the key card by putting it too close to his phone and they were right on it getting us a new key within minutes. They checked in with me every couple days to be sure everything was ok. The location of the unit is great walking distance to skiing or walking trails, Maddy B's pizza is excellent, pool and hot tub was nice to have after skiing, N. Conway town only minutes away for a nice stroll through town and shopping. Red Parka Inn great food. My next vacation rental i will search where Cheever has units before I choose my vacation location as I know we will not be disappointed. 5 stars

Great Ski Week

My 20 year old son and I had a fantastic week at this condo. We spent much of the week skiing and hiking the area. Matty B's is a great walkable spot for lunch and drinks. The hot tub was great and the full moon and clear skies were a big bonus. We hiked Mt. Stanton from the property (7 miles round trip). I would highly recommend this property, it was very comfortable. We only had 2 of us and the property could easily have accommodated 10-12.

Great condo for groups

We had a great time here. The main area was drafty and the heat didn’t work. There was so much wind coming in thru the gas fireplace and the slider that we had to weatherproof it with trash bags and tape. There were also space heaters available and that helped. The owners did acknowledge this and told us about the wall unit which did help heat up the room but is definitely not as good as the fireplace :) The TV in the main area was very small. The stools were rickety and dangerous to sit on. However, the couches were very comfortable. All in all, it was a good stay, it’s convenient to Attitash for skiing, and the other amenities were great!

We would definitely stay again

Check in process was easy. There was more than enough room for our family of four and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another all week long. The kitchen was well equipped. We stay at Attitash Mountain Village every year, however this was put first year booking this listing and we would definitely book it again. The amenities on site are awesome, especially if you have children. (Indoor pool, small arcade, hiking trails, 2 playgrounds). The Reataurant on site (Matty B's) has really good pub food. We were married at onsite last year, and held our very small reception there, they were amazingly accommodating.
