Nope is a lie the only this is include is the “drinks” juice with one spoon alcohol, you need to pay also 100.00 lps for a beers and they told you full drinks include, massage 49-100 dollars, every that you see they do, is a extra charge per person, and they say all include, food suck, haft of a tiny fish is crazy as hell, they run out of food fast, and then you need to run to at least a decent meal, I paid almost 1300 dollars, nope is not worth it, they say we have a tobogan, that thing is disgusting Everything is rusty and dirty, pool you need to be out at 9:00 pm , they open the pool until they finish to clean the pool , they open the pool around 10-11 am bc they start cleaning it around 9 am, everyone is waiting, there’s not security, there was a guy following me around the hotel, staff is rude and you can even make a comment when you don’t like something In the menu, they start yelling at you and telling you things, there where 3 amazing servers I don’t remember their names unfortunately, I have to mention that I travel with my family from Los Angeles California for our vacations.! Once again NEVER AGAIN. Book in indura or Go to Roatan.!"

"The air conditioner is as not working, the WiFi only worked at the pool. Tv did not work and the pool was too dirty and the hot tub was way too hot burned my self. I do not recommend it. Save your money and trip it’s very deep in the woods"

"This was by far our worst rental experience. The house was dirty on arrival — dusty floors, filthy bathrooms — and the caretaker offered to clean it privately for an extra fee. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because the host hadn’t paid the provider, and it was cut off again before checkout with no response from the host.We booked for 11 people but only received 8 towels. The cleaner offered more towels and laundry access only for extra cash, which we reported, but the host never gave us access. The water pressure was awful, toilets clogged often, and the refrigerator was rusted and barely cooling.The property also has major leaks — both floors flooded during rain. The host claimed not to know, which is hard to believe. Communication was terrible: late check-in instructions, ignored calls and messages, and VRBO had to step in.This house is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and unsafe for guests.The only positive: the residential complex itself is beautiful, private, and secure with a lovely beach. We highly recommend the complex — just stay in any other house but this one."
