「The cabin was in a pretty location on the side of a small lake — but the location doesn't match that on VRBO which states it's in La Fortuna town. 「The property and experience were unforgettable. It all started with the most hospitable and helpful host, Emel. He made us feel welcome and even helped us get pizza delivery to the glamping tent. 「The property was great but what is absolutely incredible is Guillermo, the property manager. I have never in my life met someone so genuine and ready to help with every single thing, big or small. Not only did he help with the menial tasks of rebooting the wireless router but he also drove and waited for me at the emergency room when an injury needed attention. A true life angel. 「We had so much fun here, and it was a wonderful place to come and relax after a day of activities. Very unique cabin, with porch right on the pond. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Castillo. The terrace had an amazing view of Arenal volcano, and we saw so many birds in the backyard.
