After we booked, the listing was changed (at various points it showed “sleeps 2” or “sleeps 4”) and the price dropped. 「Adorable nicely renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a kettle, a French press and keurig. The living room furniture is minimal and could use a full length couch. Also for those who might have difficulty navigating stairs the stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms are steep and narrow and the bathroom is on the first floor. The parking for two cars is in a dirt lot a house away. There had just been a significant snow storm a few days before...

It was beautifully decorated and met every need. A 10 minute drive to Newport and close to all beaches. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips!」

「Only one tv for 6 people, no internet or tv service for first 24 hours. Had to use our own streaming services to watch anything. No lamps on bedside nightstands. Some windows didn’t open. Screened porch was in a state of disrepair. Limited kitchen utensils. Thankfully the kids enjoyed the pool and play area in yard. Personally I would rather stay at a Marriott.」
