"Localização excelente mas a rua é numa escadaria. Há escadas rolantes para subir mas para descer as malas são grandes é desconfortável. Se chegar antes do horário de checkin não há lugar para guardar as malas. "Staff were friendly and helpful, even though i didn't speak Spanish the lady on the front desk spoke English. I arrived quite early and a room was available for me. It was very clean with a large hot shower and a comfortable bed. I only stayed for 1 night checked out the following morning, they kept my case for me as i was off sightseeing. Overall, a very clean and comfortable hotel. Many thanks "
