"Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. The front desk person seemed apologetic but said we had to call expedia for the refund. I was not in the mood to play games so we simply checked out about 10 minutes after being there at that point. We then went to the Radisson in Barranquilla, which is a fantastic hotel and I definitely recommend...

"Accordig to the way I was taken to this property you should only plan coming here if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with off- road tires, dirt motorcycle, horse or donkey. The road in is in terrible condition! It takes about 45 mins. to go about 10 kms. The beach looks to be at the bottom of a small mountain, not sure how you access it. After reaching the to wn, it looks to have a fair amount of amenities. I needed a place to stay for the night, but much to far from the airport. I found...

"Good hotel, nice staff, and close to the Malecon. The hotel is located in a residential area and the streets are under construction. Our taxi had to drive around to get us there."

"My stay there was great, the location is amazing, and so are the people. Literally my only problem is that the WiFi kept crashing and was not very good, other than that I would definitely stay again if the WiFi was better"
