"Despite the pictures and online description looking appealing, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was no running water at first. There was no air conditioning, no proper fan, and the heat inside the room was unbearable. Even after requesting a fan, it did not cool the room enough to make the stay comfortable. There were bugs throughout the property, which made the situation even worse. The bathroom door would not lock properly, and overall the place felt very poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised. The staff was not available upon arrival, and the only person who assisted appeared to be another guest staying at the property. There was no proper check-in process, no ID verification, and it did not feel secure or professionally managed. There was also no refrigerator or basic amenities such as cold water available. The entire experience felt far below acceptable standards for a property being advertised as a comfortable stay. Because of the conditions, I had to leave the property the very same day and book another hotel nearby called Suites Del Mar just to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The pictures and descriptions online were very misleading, and I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"The hotel it's clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The location is not adequate, I didn't like it because the area looked dangerous and dirty, but it wasn't that bad. The hotel is near to the beach, you have to walk for about 5 minutes to get in. I recommend the hotel, you get what you piad for, just arrived with your own car, because there is not transportation near to the hotel. Extra points for the A/C."

From the moment we arrived to the moment the taxi door was shut behind us we were made to feel so special The food and drinks were amazing also but the biggest positive was francisco he was just on another level!
